房间所有都很好，空调两个房间和客厅都有，特别今夏法国38度的天气！酒店位置在步行街，消费，购物很方便，booking上真实房源！ 管理公司入住信息沟通OK！
房间在5楼，没有电梯或其他方便措施，我们单个大行李只能手动上楼！ 服务管理公司沟通有问题，入住发现大门门锁坏了，无法及时维修和提供上门服务沟通，造成我们只能在无法锁门的状态下，睡了一晚！服务太差！

De locatie was fantastisch midden in het centrum van Reims! Op steenworp van parkeergarages en bakkertjes voor een heerlijk ontbijt morgens!
Alle batterijen van alle apparaten waren leeg, de airco afstandsbediening gelukkig kunnen vervangen met eigen batterijen. Het was 30+ bij aankomst. De trappen waren erg hoog, je moet goed te been zijn.

This property was perfect - we wished we could have stayed longer. The location was excellent and very easy to find. The air conditioning worked like a dream during the recent heatwave. The rooms were airy and spacious, good design, a place to look forward to return
ing to after seeing Reims. I will definitely return and 4 people will easily feel at home. I was with my daughter and felt very relaxed and cool! As soon as the Beaux Art Museum reopens we will come back here.
