That it was pet friendly.
The location is super far. The property has not been cleaned for a while, a lot of dust. There's no AC in the living room, so it's super hot. The bathrooms are tiny, hence it's very hot. The airflow is not the best, hence the unit actually needs much bigger PK for AC, and needs AC in the living room.

Kartu akses kadang tidak bisa dipakai untuk ke lantai parkir PA. Di lift pencet PA tidak mau nyala merah. Sampai dibantu org lain. Katanya mungkin itu kartu akses duplikat. Klo kartu yg asli tdk spt itu, akses semua lancar.
