Located just above a shopping mall and a trade centre. Very easy check-in and check-out. Owner is very responsive to messages (the longest wait is about 2-3hrs) and very helpful and nice. Very nice swimming pool. Free drinking water and instant noodles and coffees provided. Shower gel and shampoo, bath towels provided. Very good wifi and smart TV. Comfortable bed. Gas stove and tableware provided. Gym exists too.
Small room. Cleaner came 2 days after check-in during 4 night stay but didn't clear dustbins and didn't replenish toilet paper (didn't want to trouble the owner and bought toilet tissue on my own). Need to go down to "LG" level using cargo lift to throw rubbish.
