Good location and apartment was nice. Liked having a kitchen to make breakfast and such. Good shower and having an extra toilet was great.
The property where the apartment was located need to fix their elevators (lifts) asap. Very inconvenient and apartment would not be accessible for handicapped people.

The place was clean and it was in a central location.
There was no extra bed. When I called the host he was grouchy and asked to be emailed instead. I ended up sleeping on the couch and he offered me 30 pounds compensation but I slept so badly it wasn’t worth it. Then the host after paying out compensation didn’t give us the WiFi password. (Edit : Apprently he gave us a photo of the password but I didn’t receive it. After receiving this bad feedback he called me a liar and then threatened to escalate and report me.)
