Nice and big with plenty of space. Lovely view overlooking the lagoon and out to sea. Very handy to town and supermarket
Needs an up-grade in the showers and kitchen bench.

Good location - close to walkway, beach, CBD not far away, supermarket and plenty of eating out options. We simply loved the waterfront position.
