    We had a wonderful time staying with our two young children. They loved how close it was to the beach and were obsessed with the heated pool and jacuzzi. We will definitely be coming back.

    The location was beautiful — the spa and the views were lovely, and the room itself was very spacious. However, the overall experience felt a bit uncomfortable due to how intense the owner came across. When we arrived after hours to collect the keys from the safe, she suddenly appeared from behind the counter and immediately asked for our credit card and driver’s licence to place a $250 hold. The front office was already closed even though it was only 5pm, which felt unusual. There were also a lot of notes around the property warning about $50 fees for any rubbish or mess, and additional notes were slid under our door during the stay. I’m sure the intention was to be helpful, but it came across as overly watchful and a bit unsettling. At one point she stepped into the lift with us just to press the 10th floor button, then got out again, which felt unnecessary and awkward. I don’t want to sound overly harsh, because the property itself was very nice, but the constant reminders and level of supervision made it hard to fully relax. Instead of unwinding, we felt cautious the whole time, and the final note left under the door was a bit much. the spa's bubbles also werent working sadly.

    We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was clean and had all the facilities that you need. Close walk to cafes and the gorgeous beaches. The rooftop swimming pool is just amazing with fantastic views. Debbie and Clive are extremely friendly and helpful. Would return again
