Very good location: Close to the sea and the centre. The beds were comfortable. The rooms in need of refresh as little bit outdated, but not an issue.

Cleanliness. Little more attention to cleaning required.

Puikioje vietoje esantis butas. Lovos patogios, su antčiužinukais, patalynė, rankšluosčiai paruošti. Virtuvės zonoje yra viskas ko gali prireikti. Butas nėra naujoviškas, bet švaru, patogu. Yra stovėjimo aikštelė, duodamas įvažiavimo pultelis.

Tai nebuvo mums didelė problema bet keli pastebėjimai yra: reikia pakeisti abi keptuves. Ir labai trūksta dušo kabinoje lentynėlės.

Vieta puiki, centre, bet netriukšminga, rami. Viskas vietoj - Basanavičiaus gatvė kelios minutės, netoli Rimi, jūra netoli. Apartamentai labai erdvūs, didelė bendra zona - virtuvė ir svetainė. Šeimininkas labai malonus, mandagus, greitai reaguoja, bendrauja. Švarūs balti rankšluosčiai, yra visi reikiami virtuvės įrankiai, indai. Nemokama patogi vieta automobiliui.

Galima atnaujinti keletą virtuvės ir vonios elementų, čiužinius ir bus puikiai.

Great location although maybe too close to the Main Street, had to close the windows to be able to sleep due to the noice. Big apartment

Shame I forgot to take pictures but there were dirty rags left in the bathroom, kitchen cupboards so messy, full of old dirty equipment.. draws and cupboards smelled and we had to first wash everything we used. Rubbish left in wardrobes and draws.. no outdoor space and no air con. Windows facing south, the flat gets unbearably hot in the afternoon. You also have to close the windows to sleep because of noice from the main streets so it’s also very hot at night
