Road noise ..I should of closed the windows

The room was clean and tidy and location was very close to where I was going.

Nothing I didnt like

It was a very nice room with a personal bathroom that was really well proportioned and beautifully clean. The bed was very comfy and the facilities of a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle were well placed with the essentials for a cuppa in place. Good blackout curtain for sleep time was a big plus.

Small amount of road noise and the awkward (for me but probably not for most) undercover visitor spot were the only minor distractions but to be well placed 10 minutes away from the event space I was attending and to actually HAVE an UNDERCOVER parking spot made up for the little distractions

The room itself was relatively clean and modern.

• Extremely difficult to locate the property. The address automatically added to my Apple Calendar after booking was incorrect. I followed that address while driving and ended up at the wrong place. Apple Maps, Samsung Maps, and Waze all had issues locating the property accurately, which caused significant confusion and inconvenience upon arrival. • Parking arrangement was unreliable and poorly managed. The host initially told us we could use visitor parking, but there were no available visitor spots each time we arrived. We were then instructed to use the property’s allocated parking space instead. However, when we returned later that night, that parking spot was already taken by someone else, leaving us with no proper parking option. This was extremely frustrating. • Misleading and inaccurate listing description. The property was advertised on Booking.com as a private and independent room, which was the main reason I booked it. In reality, it is a two-level apartment that is connected to another unit downstairs and is not fully independent. This critical information was not disclosed in the original listing description. I only found out after the host called me after payment to explain this. The host claimed an email had been sent, but I never received such an email. Regardless, this was a non-refundable booking, and it is unreasonable to expect guests to accept undisclosed conditions after payment. The listing was misleading and did not match the actual accommodation provided.
