Spacious King Size Private Room Pet Friendly

The back bedroom (with an ensuite) which comes off the back verandah. I was able to close the gate at the top of the stairs of the verandah, to keep my dogs on the verandah. Enclosed safe back yard for dogs. Very comfortable bed, and considering it's a fairly busy road, it was pretty quiet. A good neighbourhood I think. Would probably stay again if required, (for the comfy bed, back verandah & enclosed back yard for dogs.) A full kitchen and very comfortable loungeroom and TV which worked.

The off-street parking is down a very steep & narrow driveway and on a busy road so you need to carefully choose your time when safely backing down into the driveway. The photos make it look like you can put your car in the carport, but it's much too narrow for that. The lawns were overgrown/unkempt and the exterior of the house was rundown and in need of repair., especially the broken handrail on the back stairs. The stairs leading from the carport to the backyard need a handrail as it's not very safe as it is. Inside the house is nice though. It is a share house (not what I was expecting), where individual rooms are rented out, and the owner doesn't live there. The TV in my bedroom didn't work. No shower screen door on the shower.

Very clean and close to the train station. Very good facilities with access to washing machine and kitchen. Nice bathroom. Briefly met the owner who was very nice. Highly recommend.

The room and house were clean and well presented. Room was well insulated and could not hear guests in other rooms or in the shared spaces

It is clear that some maintenance is needed in some areas, including the bathroom.
