Cottage is lovely. Very well presented and beautifully clean. Very nice treats left in picnic basket and fridge. Had a power cut and host arrived with candles- much appreciated.

Good location for a short walk into Framlingham and the pubs! Cottage very comfortable, everything you needed and attention to detail for a very homely stay. Great garden for our dog and thank you for the treats!

Nice few days away visiting Framingham village and Sutton Hoo National Trust property in Woodbridge.
It is a self catering property but there was a lovely welcome hamper provided with bread and snacks,also there were eggs,butter,milk and juice in the fridge. It was within walking distance of the lovely little village of Framingham which has a good supply of shops,cafes,pubs and restaurants.The Castle is also within walking distance of Bay Tree Cottage. Communication with the hosts was excellent.
