A good base for exploration of the surrounding area; Fram Castle Sutton Hoo, Aldeburgh etc., and a pleasant stroll away from the pretty town centre.So peaceful, on a quiet unlit country road with easy access to country walks. Dog friendly - canine treats provided as well as a torch, towel, bowls and poo bags.The welcome hamper for guests was a thoughtful addition: bread, butter, crisps chocolate, apple juice, milk and eggs.. Owners are unobtrusive but easily contacted with queries, and quick to respond.
Guests with mobility issues need to take care in the bathroom (downstairs) if not used to accessing a shower over the bath instead of a walk-in shower cubicle.

It was spotlessly clean. Very spacious and comfortable. We were left a lovely welcome hamper, and loads of cleaning supplies. Communication with the hosts was great. Everything you could possibly need was catered for!
The upstairs floorboards were quite loud and creaky.. especially if you were still downstairs. A minor point, but wanted to give feedback.
