The pictures don't do it justice. The view is truly breathtaking over the Gulf of Nicoya. The owner also helped us when we had an issue (not related to the property) which was kind of her. Lots of wildlife; foxes, racoons, cats and birds. The villa is in a development with a restaurant (was nice) and mini shop (fine for essentials). Pool was great. View of sunset from patio. Amazing stars at night. Was convenient to have the washer and dryer.
AC in main living area was just adequate. Seems to be the owners holiday house rather than purely a vacation rental.
