The location was excellent: right in the centre, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The apartment is spacious, the beds are firm and comfortable, Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay.

The biggest disappointment was the terrace, which is very prominently advertised as one of the apartment’s main features. Unfortunately, the furniture was very old and dirty, the parasol was broken and left lying on the terrace, and there were cigarette butts, food bones and dirt everywhere. The kitchen also lacks a microwave, which would be a very useful addition. The apartment has a lot of potential, but due to the lack of maintenance and cleanliness of the terrace, it is currently not as good as it could be. A solid 7.5/10 that could easily be a 9 if the terrace received a thorough cleaning, proper maintenance and a much-needed refurbishment.

Great location, easy check-in, responsive host.

The apartment was nice, but it felt as though the roof top terrace (which was the main reason for us booking this specific accommodation) was unloved and had not been cleaned in a while. The outdoor furniture have also seen better days. The apartment does not have a microwave/toaster oven/airfryer which was a little strange for a self catering unit. It was also strange that the cleaning products (vacuum, broom, laundry bags) were just left outside the front door of the apartment for the entirety of our stay.

The property does not match the photos advertised. The private terrace is dirty and the furniture is damaged (see photos), which make it almost unusable. The bathroom also needs maintenance, especially because there is mould in the shower. Some aluminium panels on the walls seem to be covering ventilation holes, which does not feel very reassuring. The Wi-Fi is unreliable and only work properly in the living room close to the terrace. Overall, the apartment has potential, but it needs better maintenance and accurate photos.
