Wunderschöne Unterkunft im Herzen von Troyes! Sehr ansprechend und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es standen etwas zu trinken und kleine Snacks bereit. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin!

A charming little apartment located close to the center of Troyes in a very quiet neighborhood. The interior is tastefully decorated and well furnished, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment offers everything needed for a short stay, including complimentary drinks and snacks, which were a thoughtful touch. The bed is comfortable, with a good-quality mattress and bedding that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is small but practical and well designed. There is also a compact kitchenette that is perfectly adequate for basic needs such as preparing tea, coffee, or simple meals. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, with great attention to detail and guest comfort.

Nothing to mention – everything was perfect for us. Just a note for future guests: the apartment is located on the third floor, and there is no elevator. The stairs are relatively steep, which may be worth considering if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage.

L'emplacement du studio , et l'ambiance due à la décoration

Que BOOKING classe cet établissement dans la catégorie HOTEL est une première anomalie. Qu'un SMS nous informe des conditions d'accés le jour de notre de l'arrivée. Tant pour la question de stationnement que pour l'accés au studio au deuxième étage, par un escalier. Difficile voire impossible pour les personnes ayant des difficultés physiques. La propriétaire m'a contacté l'après-midi de notre départ et je lui ai signifié notre mécontentement. En soulignant le prix excessif de l'herbergement par rapport à un hotel qui offre pour un prix inférieur l'acceuil par une personne 7/7 -24/24 et la possibilité de services complémentaires comme le petit déjeuner. Le comble de cette propriétaire est un nouveau SMS en fin d'après-midi pour demande de la noter 10 pour ne pas dégrader sa note.
