Mi mancava il phon tra i servizi, ho segnalato, mi hanno promesso di risolvere ma poi sono spariti. Nessuno si è più fatto vivo e ho dovuto comprare il phon di tasca mia, nonostante fosse segnalato che il phon rientrava nei servizi pagati.
