It was clean and it was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The airconditioning made our stay even more comfortable during hot days. Erica is very hospitable and friendly. She reacted very swiftly to our messages. The apartment looks much better than on the photos, Its fresh and spacious and light. The terras gave to us a wonderful opportunity to have a breakfast every day with nice view.
The only thing to mention are the bed linings. They were clean, but the fabric was not good, skin became sweaty at nights. We also wish the bath towels would be better, they absorb water poorly.

Diese FeWo kann ich nur empfehlen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Erica erwartete uns unten an der Haustür. Die Lage der FeWo ist prima. Ruhig und doch ist man in 5 Minuten mitten im Geschehen. Geschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Vor allem das Eiscafé um die Ecke war spitze. Erica war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie gab uns ein paar Tipps zum Einkaufen. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist allerdings etwas dürftig. Eine große Schüssel fehlt, sowie Müslischalen, Eier Piker, Brotmesser und Schälmesser suchten wir vergebens. Etwas schwierig ist das Parken des Autos. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus in einer Garage auf halber Höhe. Die Auffahrt ist eng und kurz. Man muss schon ein versierter Autofahrer sein um dort einzuparken.
Fazit: Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen dort. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appartamento ristrutturato da poco, a pochissima distanza dal mare.
Ottimo il terrazzo che permette di cenare all'esterno...poi parquet, condizionatori, WIFI, lavatrice, zanzariere.
Anche il parcheggio interno, sebbene con un SUV medio si debbano fare un po' di manovre, e' un plus non indifferente vista la zona.
Insomma..meglio di quanto previsto!

Prima di ogni cosa la pulizia,tutto nuovo e perfettamente pulito,la gentilezza e disponibilità dell’host.
Io e mia moglie abbiamo trovato quello che faceva al caso nostro.
Un motivo in più per tornarci la prossima volta.
