Easy check-in: just get the codes in exchange for passport photos, and equally easy check-out - just tidy up the place and leave. The location itself was excellent, with a bus stop and a metro station within a hundred steps. Local mini-mart in again, within a hundred steps and 7-11 just a little further away. Great cafes and restaurants nearby, a wonderful park, Tokyo Skytree in 10 minutes walking distance, with its shopping mall. Sensō-ji Buddhist temple is 15 minutes and so forth.

1 Non-functioning TV, 2. Neighbouring building site with a bit of noise in the middle of the day. 3. Nothing good to see out of the window - just a car park.

Emplacement idéalement proche des transports et commerces.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the metro and plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. Despite this, the accommodation was on a quiet side street, which was great. The room was clean, comfortable and well laid out, with good storage for luggage and plenty of power outlets. The beds, mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, hot water and all the necessary toiletries. Wi-Fi worked very well, there was an elevator, and check-in and check-out were simple and clearly explained. The host was also very responsive. The accommodation matched the photos and description and offered good value for money. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here.

The only points to consider is that the double beds felt a little tight for four adult people sharing., and a small improvement would be more thorough dusting in the closet.
