Excellent stay in such a well maintained side house. It is very clean and tidy, equipped with most items I need.

Easy to find, very clean, quiet, with a comfortable bed and excellent shower.
The kitchen was extremely small, there was a microwave, but no microwave dishes. There were 2 dinner plates, one had chip, so we just used our picnic plates. We thought the chipped plate should have been replaced before we got there. The table and chairs outside are nice, but it would be nice to have also had a table and 2 chairs inside. Missed there wasn't a TV.

We were going to an event at Three Parks and with the track at the end of the street it made the property very easy walking distance.

The bed was very comfortable, with clean sheets and nice clean towels very nice bathroom and lovely hot water. Good heating.
The person cleaning isn't doing a wonderful job
The bathroom mirror was smeared and the bathroom faucet could have done with a clean. A very nice cobweb in the lounge room hanging down.
And windows were pretty dirty.
Personally my hygiene standards maybe to high.
