Fantastic accommodation

Great accommodation all you need is there. host was extremely helpful, a good selection of eaters plenty to do and see.Have stayed in Pateley bridge quite a few times but this must be the best and great value for money.

It would have been helpful to some basic instructions for the TV and cooker

Cosy Love-nest

Great little love nest!! Couples will love it. Very clean, well equipped, lovely, and cosy. Located in the centre of charming Pateley Bridge. Good food shops, exceptional butchers, and takeaways. Sophie went above and beyond, helping us with the tech. She was available, if needed. We would recommend to friends and family and would love to re-visit. Thank you.

Very pleasant accommodation and small Town.

The Accommodation was well placed in the centre of the Town and a Parking space was provided within a short walk from the property.

The Hot Water & Heating went off but after contacting the Host, it was sorted within about an hour.

the window in the kitchen should have a blind because when going from the room to the toilet everyone can spy on you and the second thing is that the internet didn't work for two days, I had to use it connected to my internet

Convenient location, compact with everything you need

Very good location and instructions provided made it easy to find and park. Warm, large lounge, bathroom small but nice hot shower. The kitchen had everything you need to do self catering, however, it was not quite up to the standards of the rest of the place

Fabulous

The location was excellent, the livingroom was fantastic with internet TV and amazing electric settees. The kitchen is ver functional and lovely ensuite bathroom. The bed is comfy but is next to a red hot radiator, had to put a pillow between it and the bed so I didnt burn myself. The shower drainage is not adaquate so floods the bathroom when you shower. There is also a red hot radiator which I caught myself on several times because the bathroom is quite small. However I still loved the cottage and it was decorated for Christmas which was sweet. Would definately stay here again. Oh and the owner sounds sweet, sent a merry christmas message (we stayed on boxing day). Thank you :)

Warm and cosy

Shower room was a bit small however the property is very aesthetically pleasing and for the price it was good. Shame there was no milk in fridge despite the host saying to pick one up. Little touches like that would have been a bonus!

No bowl to wash up and couldn’t find plug Shower was amazing but didn’t drain quickly enough so water was everywhere Only one bath towel and one hand towel and there was 2 of us . But this didn’t affect my stay just something for you to be aware of .

Traffic noise from main street. We arrived in the dark. It was very dark at the rear of the apartment where the entrance was. I had to use the torch on my phone to find the apartment.

Great location, comfortable and warm.

The location is great and the house was warm and comfortable. The host was very helpful and I would stay here again. The club over the road is good, everyone I met in there was very friendly and they have a snooker table!

The TV doesn't really work until after 11pm. I'm guessing it's due to the location, only a minor issue!

Good value for money

The living room was spacious and the armchair and sofa recliners were great. Very comfortable.

The bed was only accessible at one side which wasn’t shown in the photos and it was incredibly close to the bathroom so it was very cramped. The bathroom door is half glass and so there is no real privacy from the bedroom which meant that the bathroom light flooded the bedroom during night time visits to the loo. The shutters on the bedroom window are full of character but it means that you can’t sleep with the window open to let air into the room.

Lovely appartment

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean. Very well equipped and has everything you need for a holiday. Particularly liked the reclining settee and chair. Very comfortable. Good location, right in the middle of town. There's lots going on and plenty of places to eat and drink. We were only there for one night, wish we could have stayed longer to explore.

2 big steps as you enter the property so just be aware of that. The WiFi was a bit hit and miss, but that really is the only thing I can find fault with, and that's something that can't always be controlled. Apart from that can't fault it.

Wonderful place to stay

Fantastic little apartment, suitable for one or a couple. Very comfortable double bed in the bedroom with very swish wet room en-suite. Superb galley kitchen which is well-equipped and a large living room/dining room at the front of the property. Very comfortable leather recliner sofas and very large wall-mounted tv if you have to stay in for the evening. The flat could not be more better placed as it’s on the main high street but don’t be put off if you’re worried about noise and/or traffic; this does off mid evening and the town is almost silent during the night. Pubs, social club, fish and chips, shops etc are all, literally, on your doorstep. Can’t recommend this place more highly.

Lovely accommodation in a central location with parking.

The location was excellent and was equipped well. It was good size for a couple and lounge area was really comfortable. Kitchen was easy to use. Bedroom and en-suite comfortable and shower lovely and hot. Property right in town centre with lovely local amenities, great butchers and bakery.

If I was really mean parking was tight to get into (we were in a campervan) but was nice to have parking so not a complaint.

Great stay - would definitely book again if I'm staying in the area.

Great space - fully equipped kitchen, large lounge, modern bathroom with a great shower. Looks newly renovated. Really good location. Great value.

Very very minor points - being an old cottage the front door is a bit low so you have to be slightly careful and watch your head, parking was about a minute or two walk away, but the host providing helpful instructions, and a what 3 words location.

Property is conveniently located right in the centre of Pateley Bridge. Shops and pubs and various eateries are close by

Little bit awkward getting your luggage to the property as you eitheir have to park on the street or you can use the car park situated at the rear. However we found that whichever way you went you had a walk to the property as you couldn’t park outside the property
