Der PIN für die Schlüsselbox musste telefonisch nachgereicht werden. Eine Beschreibung des Weges im Hinterhof zur Wohnung könnte den Zugang beschleunigen.

Gute Lage, alles in der Wohnung, was man braucht, alles hat funktioniert, Betten, Toiletten und Waschbecken sauber, ruhig
Die Endreinigung könnte optimiert werden, z.B. war der Kühlschrank innen schmuddelig, das Ceranfeld hatte Einbrennungen, die Armaturen und z. T. das Geschirr schmierig.

I liked the location, easy to find and comfortable. Everything was clean and nice.
It was pretty cold weather in Magdeburg, and the apartment was super chilly, we had to walk around in mittens. We turned all radiators up to the max, but the one in the bedroom couldn’t be turned up, and during the night all of them just automatically turned down to 16 degrees, we woke up in a refrigerator. There were labels, that they might turn down if we open windows, which we didn’t do. They might have turned off from how cold the apartment was.

Good sized apartment, few minutes walk from tram stop, 20 minutes walk to the town, bakery and small grocery store downstairs
No lift as flat is on 3rd floor(my fault I didn’t read the comments beforehand) hence i struggled a lot with my suitcases, items in bathroom needs updating as I faced same issues that was raised by previous users eg.broken towel hanger, bathtub and tiles were unclean, heater probably on timer, too hot in summer
