A very good location. The concierge at the apartment complex made me feel safe. We also liked that there was a dishwasher and a washing machine in the apartment. The parking was big enough for my vehicle (despite being told it would not be). The messaging through booking.com was very prompt and appreciated.

Loud neighbours. We think there must have been kids left home alone and we could hear their footsteps way past 10 pm. We had such strict instructions not to make noise that I did not feel comfortable in complaining. We had a little challenge to open the gates using the instructions. I called the suggested number and they immediately asked to be messaged. If you say please call then be read for a call. Thankfully a resident explained how to input the code. The bedding and mattresses could be better.

Ми особливо вдячні за кавоварку і каву до неї (таке не завжди зустрінеш) і засоби до посудомийки. Інструкції по заселенню були чіткі і зрозумілі. Комунікація з адміністрацією приємна і ефективна. На наші зауваження відреагували швидко.

Чистота номера мала бути вища. Посуд виглядал брудним (або можливо погано працює посудомийка) - довелося перемивати перед користанням. В піддоні кавоварки залишилась запліснявала мелена кава. Але адміністрація на зауваження відреагувала і пообіцяла виправити ситуацію з прибиральниками.
