Ruhige Lage , komplett ausgestattet ! Geschlossener Parkplatz 🅿️ inklusive . Starkes w-LAN , angenehm warm in dieser Jahreszeit (-10’C)
Oberes Stockwerk kaum merkbar , wenn mit anderen Gästen besetzt. Terrasse. Kapselmaschine für Nescafé Kapseln .
Ptak Outlet und Mandoria zu fuß erreichbar / ca 1,5KM .

Gasofen im Bad ist hörbar und könnte kleine Kinder wecken. Es gibt kein Boiler für warmes Wasser. Der Gasofen ist offenbar ein Durchlauferhitzer und ist praktisch ständig am schalten.
Matratze im Schlafzimmer ist tragisch weich!

Lubię dostęp do apartamentu bez kontaktu z właścicielem, kod do bramy i drzwi, apartament wysprzątany i czyściutki, całkiem fajna łazienka.
Brak wyznaczonych miejsc parkingowych, brak klimatyzacji, mieszkanie albo niedokończone albo w trackie wykończenia (np. listewki podłogowe były po prostu postawione przy ścianie, uchwyty rolet/żaluzji wisiały luźno i widać było dziury w ścianie po kołkach), brak dobrego oświetlenia nocnego (przydałyby się jakieś nocne lampki). Nad głową do prawie 22:00 biegały jakieś dzieciaki, ktoś przesuwał meble itp., dosyć głośno. Taras to tylko kostka i wygląda na niedokończony, widok okna średni, przydałby się jakiś ogródek. Ogólnie zdjęcia wprowadziły mnie w błąd, apartament różnił się na żywo układem.
