We stayed as a family of four, including two children aged 5 and 9. The apartment is very large, spacious, and newly renovated. We slept really well — the rooms have air conditioning for both cooling and heating, which made our stay very comfortable. Our children were especially happy because each of them had their own bed. The owner, Francesco, was extremely helpful and always reachable via WhatsApp. He responded immediately and made us feel very welcome. The check‑in was smooth and personal, with a friendly greeting, key handover at the door, and a quick tour of the apartment. The location is outstanding perfect — as soon as you step outside, you find yourself right in the heart of Catania. There is always something going on, and you can experience the local culture up close. We would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend this apartment.
