Stairs, but we knew that ahead of time; the listing made it clear there was no lift. Vincenzo kindly helped with bags.

The host Vincenzo is exceptionally friendly, and available via WhatsApp for any queries. The property is in a great location about 10 minutes walk from a train station, with a 10 minute ride to Napoli Centrale. Massive room with plenty of space.
Only changes I would make is a slightly longer shower curtain and more fridge space. And these are very trivial complaints. The room is generally excellent.
