The location was a bit out of the main town but about a 20 minute walk but past some scary, barking dogs. The room we were given wasn't the one we thought we had booked but the host swapped us to a family room which was spacious and nicely furnished. The host didn't speak any English but was extremely helpful using Google translate. She arranged for a bike to be delivered to rent for the day. There is a large coffee shop attached - no food available but can order from local eateries and have it delivered. The host gave us ice teas to take with us.

Blackout curtains would be nice. There is a Karaoke bar opposite but didn't disturb us so must have good sound proofing! The property is on a main road with traffic lights right outside the first room so can get noisy early in the morning with all the cars/bikes passing but normal for Vietnam.

L'emplacement est trop bruyant pour permettre d'ouvrir une fenêtre, parfait en revanche pour les personnes qui aiment être enfermées avec la clim'

The owner and her family were absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. Lent is scooters free of charge on our first evening so we could get into town to have dinner as the property is a little outside of main area. Everything we needed plus more was provided in the room. Really lovely property with owners coffee shop attached. Perfect for a short stay before crossing into Cambodia. She also arranged for the bus transfer to border to collect us from the hotel as she knew it drove past her hotel- saved us having to go to town to catch the bus.

The design and environment very good, suit my style and family, owner friendly.

The bathroom water stuck and water-heater take time to hot. I got mentioned with owner. Hopefully they will fix it.
