Per quello che mi riguarda è stata una casa perfetta... spaziosa e con una cucina completa di tutto!! Compresa lavatrice che per famiglie con bambini è fondamentale... Ottimo!!

It is difficult to rate this property as there were many issues, as it seemed we were one of the first people staying. The home needs urgent improvements.
The communication with the management company was initially poor; it seemed the phone numbers provided in Booking lead to an unresponsive helpdesk.
After a day or so, got access to a local representative Baptiste who was friendly and helpful.
The outdoor furniture was of very poor condition; however this was replaced swiftly by the owners.
The cleanliness of the apartment was very bad; we had to broom and mop the floor and it appeared the cleaning was not performed at all (only the bedding and towels changed).
There were some minor plumbing issues (water pipe left unscrewed in the sink — we fixed this ourself).
The bed frame in the master bedroom appears to have been infested by a pest of ants or worms in the past; there are visible traces of wood eaten and residue which appeared like dried insects or feaces thereof. We raised the issue and a new cleaning was done. To be clear, we did not find proof of living insects in the bed frame. However, the owner should have replaced the bed frame before listing this properly; it gave us a lot of anxiety to deal with that and the possibility of health issues.
There was a mouse living in the kitchen cabinets, however this was the least of our problems.
The neighbors upstairs to the left have a big unfriendly dog which barks and growls frequently from the balcony which was unpleasant.
Upon check out, the cleaning staff entered the home one hour earlier than agreed, which was a communication issue apparently, however the guy accompanying the cleaning lady was continuously banging the door, even when asked to wait until the correct check out time.
The cleaning company MUST BE REPLACED as it’s incompetent and unprofessional.
Qala was not a pleasant town and the locals were very unwelcoming. We do not recommend this town for exploring Gozo.
