Location of the place was great and close to old town and port. Plenty of room for a family stay with a elevator, window shutters and aircon which made it comfortable during the summer. The kitchen is equipped with utensils and equipment to cook. The baby cott that was provided was a good size. The host was kind to meet us at the place on the first day to show us around and instructions for the place which i found helpful - thanks for a great stay!
I found the larger bathroom shower had trouble keeping temperature, the smaller bathroom worked fine.
During our stay the body wash was empty and shampoo or conditioner was not available - this was not an issue as we had brought our own.
The beds and pillows were on the firm side.

Innanzitutto la struttura è come nelle foto. Camere ampie e luminose. Salotto molto confortevole. Cucina ben attrezzata. Ci sono sia lavastoviglie che lavatrice. Comodo ai servizi, ad un piano alto con ascensore. Ben insonorizzato. Scelta di cuscini nelle camere come in albergo. La host gentilissima sia prima dell’arrivo che di persona per l’accoglienza. Se dovessi tornare a Como sicuramente tornerò da lei.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was clean, spacious and located off the main tourist areas (within 10-15min walking distance), in a building shared with local residents. We very much enjoyed our stay and found it to be excellent value for money.
There was a brief power outage during the night, but it was easily fixed and hardly impacted our stay.
