Fans that work. There were 2 operating fans other were missing stand and had to be propped against something which produced an unnerving vibration sound.   Couches in main living room were very used and sunk in with broken springs.  Marketed as 4 bedroom but is a 3 bedroom.   No Hvac means windows must be open and most screens were wither missing or had holes for bugs to come through.  Patio was great, nice grilling setup and spa and hammock were a plus. I recommend putting more of a kid feel to the tree house than a room with broken glass vases and old plates. It would have been a great hangout for them but it looked like an abandoned grandma's house.  The upstairs got so hot because there was no blinds on the windows in that office and the battery to the smoke detector went off in 2 locations in the middle of the night. I recommend changing those batteries asap.  Lastly, luckily we were within driving distance and brought our own beach stuff but it might be helpful to those traveling from afar to have some towels, chairs and umbrella to have handy.
