Stan was very accommodating and flexible when we almost didn't make it due to a storm. It was a very nice house with many amenities and we had a wonderful time.

What a great location. The property was clean and the furniture was in good condition. I saw some discussions regarding a futon in one of the rooms. The futon has been replaced by a queen sized bed. Nice! We cooked breakfast each morning and found the kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. We brought our own spices, but there were a few in the cabinet for use. There were 3 adults and an 8 yo child in our group and this property accommodated us just fine. Quiet neighborhood that was close to downtown Kings Beach and the Lake. We would definitely stay here again.
