What a great location. The property was clean and the furniture was in good condition. I saw some discussions regarding a futon in one of the rooms. The futon has been replaced by a queen sized bed. Nice! We cooked breakfast each morning and found the kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. We brought our own spices, but there were a few in the cabinet for use. There were 3 adults and an 8 yo child in our group and this property accommodated us just fine. Quiet neighborhood that was close to downtown Kings Beach and the Lake. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean, furniture was in great condition, and it was a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The owner was friendly and kept in touch to check in during our stay.

According to the owner, the internet modem change by the cleaning person caused the failure of the access code programming. It took me some time to get a new access code from the owner. After the access code incident, everything was GO GO. The owner was very responsive and nice (thank you, Stan).
The house was clean and well-maintained. They even have a game console that my kids and wife(?) played.
The safeway was only 7 minutes driving away and the beach is only 5 minutes walking distance.
