Keys were readily available in a lockbox by the door. Address and keycode were sent promptly via email. Smart, open, airy and modern interior. Liked the opportunity to dine outside on the terrace. A few more shrubs (and feeders for the finches and hummingbirds) would soften the safety fencing. To upgrade, a jacuzzi on the patio would be amazing.
The steps would be a problem for someone less able. The curb onto the driveway is high and easy to scrape a car on. There were a lot of outside cameras which made me, as a lone woman, worry about the safety of the neighbourhood, but it seemed quiet enough midweek.

Pull out couch was too firm for my 66yo friend. The person we communicated was not the owner and had difficulty understanding our ask for more towels and a quilt to make the couch more comfortable. We found this frustrating
