About this house rental
End of Cul-de-Sac. above us is 100's of acres of treed land. We're only just over a year old, dedicated parking, gas stove, soaker tub, dishwasher, washer & dryer. Queen & Double bed. Bedroom & living room have TV's. NetFlix, Disney+ & Prime Video & DisneyPlus - Extensive cable package - Covered patio, BBQ, private entrance. High Speed WiFi - free 240 volt electric car charger. Upstairs fully carpeted with sound insulation.
Near Happy Valley rd, an 8 min drive to Langford. 25 min to Victoria. Hourly busses. A car is recommended.
The space:
There is a bedroom with a queen size bed, and a view of our flower beds. A bathroom with a soaker bathtub and great shower head. A chef's' kitchen with a gas stove, marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher. There's an island cutting board. A comfortable couch that expands into a double bed. There is a 50 inch TV in the living room and a 40 inch TV in the bedroom. We have a baby's crib for you to use.
Guest access
You have full access to the back yard: it is small, private and quite beautiful. We have a picnic table and small pond and 12 foot waterfall. There is a side garden and you're invited to eat a couple cherry tomatoes if they're ripe. You have full access to the washer and dryer. We are the last house in a cul-de-sac, there is only space for one car, but more parking close by.

Just came back from a stay at Ryefield and Mayuko's. All three of us were ENCHANTED with this property but also the quality of service and care we received from the hosts. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. The attention to detail made a difference, it was like being in the comfort of home. Ryefield gave us great suggestions for activities and places to see and was genuinely happy to get our feedback. They were both very attentive to our needs and interests. We enjoyed many home cooked meals made easy with the amazing gas oven and BBQ. The dishwasher was super quiet and knifes of good quality and sharp. Triangle mountain sits right behind their property and you can access trails and beautiful views of Langford. Have no doubt about this place...you will be charmed! Manon, Jy and Micheline

What a beautiful place! What a wonderful stay at the property of Ryefield & Mayuko!The flat is very well equiped and cosy! The communication and the hospitality are excellent! And the garden is stunning!We can definitely recommend staying there!

Stayed for two weeks at the end of March. Everything was a 10. Stayed in many VRBO places and this place was one of the best. The kitchen was completely stalked with just about anything you would need including very sharp knives. Highly recommended.
