Localização perfeita.
Sugiro dá uma olhada na porta do banheiro e na porta principal para não precisar bater ao fechar, no mais tudo ok!

Anfitriã muito prestativa, muito carinho com hospedes, com toque especial de colocar um pouco dos produtos essenciais na despensa como açúcar, sal, oleo.
O apartamento e exatamente como as fotos, muito simples. O prédio eh enorme, com muita gente indo e vindo, ha segurança na porta. A dona da unidade prefere pagamento direto (não no Booking.com) então cartões de credito de fora do Brasil não funcionam para o pagamento online na plataforma dela e requer encontrar com a gerente, em pessoa, para pagar e acessar a unidade. Para quem chega aa noite, pode dar problema. Apesar de ser no sexto andar, eh barulhento com a janela aberta. Elevadores sendo reformados, muito demorado e poucos funcionando.
