Newly furnished and renovated spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 100m2 on the very famous Avenida Paulista, next to the Trianon-Masp Metro. High pressure water shower, pocket spring beds, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, extremely comfortable sofa bed in the living room, highly equipped kitchen, electronic lock on the entrance door with password only entry and washer and dryer machine . All new furniture.
Comfortable apartment located in the best region of São Paulo, Paulista, and very close to the famous Oscar Freire shopping street. The apartment is located in a region famous for having the best restaurants, cafes and bars in the city, art galleries and international designer stores, bringing together in one place sophistication, good taste and is frequented by people with high purchasing power.
Walking through the region, you can find numerous cinemas, theaters and nightclubs. Close to subway stations and with a wide range of buses, Uber and taxi stops. The apartment is located next to the Trianon Park.
Modern decor with works of art, oil paintings and laundry area with washer / dryer and tank. Apartment has new furniture with double beds in both bedrooms and an additional bunk bed, kitchen equipped with all cooking utensils (pots, plates, cups, molds, cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, blender, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove , oven, etc.), 42 inch TV with cable TV in the living room and sofa bed.
The entrance door lock is electronic for your convenience, not requiring keys, so that all guests have free access. A first password is provided and it is possible to change the password for your comfort.
The building has a 24-hour concierge service with guards and an internal security camera.

Next to the Trianon park, a mini forest in the rock jungle that is the city, relax with walks and breathe fresh air in the heart of São Paulo. If you like cycling, a track on Avenida Paulista is closed on Sundays to practitioners of the sport during the day. Enjoy!
The region has an abundant availability of transport to all regions of the city as a subway just 1 block (Trianon MASP Station), bus stop in front of the building and many taxis and Uber passing on the street, 24 hours a day.
Pets are not allowed unfortunately because we often have allergic guests.

Excelente experiência. Apartamento extremamente bem localizado. Antigo, mas atende bem, e será em breve reformado. Tem tudo o que se precisa. Tivemos um pequeno problema no chuveiro, mas que foi prontamente resolvido pelo proprietário. Em 30 minutos ele estava no imóvel para resolver.

Apartment is right in the heart of Avenida Paulista. Restaurants, groceries and shopping all within walking distance. Felt very safe. 24 hour doormen for added security. Apartment is exactly as advertised and Cleverson is an excellent host. Highly recommend this place.
