la propreté de la maison . Cadre bien rénové .
Des plaques éléctriques défectueuses (2sur 3 étaient en panne). Au coeur de la vielle ville, l'accès n'est pas facile et le stationnement réglementé . Une maison tout en étages avec deux escaliers très raides. Ces détails devraient être évoqués dans l'annonce.
