About this house rental
Near the castles of the Loire (Azay-le-Rideau, Chenonceaux, Amboise, Montresor ...), the Brenne (its ponds, its regional natural park) Beauval zoo (world famous), the zoological reserve Haute-Touche and Loches. Independent cottage of 150 m² on a plot of 4000 m², for 6/8 people.
Ground floor: living room with sofa bed and fireplace, kitchen open to dining room, office, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (one with shower room), 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet.
Pool 8m x 4m unheated terrace, Wi-Fi, barbecue.
Linen provided (duvets, pillows, mattress covers, undercovers, tea towels, shower mats).
Possibility of providing bed linen (5 € per room).
You will be asked upon your arrival:
- A check for the household of 40 € per week and 20 € per week-end;
- A deposit check of 300 €.
