Hotel is very clean and well facilitated. rooms are excellent. Contain everything you need for your stay. Cleanliness is top notch. Very friendly and respectful staff. They fulfil all of your requirements and requests. Location is a little bit off but you can find a taxi for Haram easily for 10 riyals if you walk to main road from hotel which is a 2 min walk only. Straight to the Gazza gate of Haram.
It was mentioned that the hotel provides shuttle bus service but when i arrived i was informed that there is not shuttle bus service available as of now which was may be due to off season but its against whats being advertised on booking.com as keep that in mind while booking that you may or may not get the service.
