The staffs are really nice.
The room is pretty clean.
The hot water works well.
The room is a bit small, but it is enough for couple with 2 small bedrooms.
I didn't order any food since its ramadhan, so I can't say anything about their breakfast (if any).
There are some masjid around.
There are 2 bus stop (near and the opposite) for Haram Bus, with code A/D.
You can order the ticket of Haram Bus via online in website (makkahtransit.sa) with the cost of 4 SAR per person (pdf will be sent to your email, then you scan barcode from there in the bus)
You can also ride Jamarat bus from Haram, which is free, but then you need to walk from the last bus stop point to your place, around 700-800 meters.

Very small and old. This place needs to be renewed. The bedsheets are very old and stained, the bath towels are terribly old and stained too,the floor carpet is dirty and have some odor. We were expecting a smoke free environment but no we suffered to smell cigarettes in the hallway and the smell reaching our room was very horrible
