London luxury 3BD 3BTH Knightsbridge, Chelsea Lower Ground Floor Flat

L’appartamento si trova nel seminterrato all’interno di una bellissima e tipica casa vittoriana in uno splendido quartiere che ha tutti i servizi. Per accedere c’è la classica scaletta esterna. L’appartamento si estende su un unico piano, ha uno spazioso ingresso, una comoda cucina dotata di tutto (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno, microonde, bollitore e macchina del caffè-con capsule compatibili nespresso).Un grande soggiorno con due divani (uno letto). Io e le mie amiche, eravamo 6, abbiamo adorato il camino elettrico che abbiamo acceso tutte le sere (scalda e crea atmosfera), ci sono tre camere matrimoniali e tre bagni (2 in suite), sul retro c’è anche un gradevole spazio esterno. L’appartamento era molto pulito arredato con gusto e anche l’host è stato preciso e professionale, ha fornito chiarissime informazioni sul check in e ha risposto alle mie richieste nei giusti tempi. La metropolitana, fermata South Kensington, è a 4 minuti a piedi e anche gli autobus sono comodissimi. Noi eravamo 6 e siamo state benissimo, tutto è andato bene.

Mi water estaba manchado de orina y no tenía papelera. Lo peor la escalera para acceder a la vivienda, estrecha, empinada y peligrosa.

The flat was spacious, very clean, had everything you needed and the location was ideal for the The Royal Albert Hall which was the reason we were there. Initially the hosts were responsive and helpful.

We had an issue with the electric boiler not able to heat the water in the bedroom nearest the kitchen. We were on a very busy schedule and spent valuable time trying to deal with the host trying to sort the situation. This lead to us burning through our electric "quota" and crucially left us in a situation with no electric for nearly 2 hours when some of us had wet hair and needed to be somewhere important. The conclusion after we left was that there was a technical fault. We paid for 3 shower facilities and only had 2 and no response from the hosts regarding this, other than a sorry. We also didn't like being told not to tell neighbours it was an Air B&B or serviced apartment which was an uncomfortable situation when a neighbour did indeed ask.
