Clean, had everything l needed, close to major shopping plaza and near by bus depot.
Just a bit cool inside maybe it could have had another blanket but l wasn’t freezing.

The owner was so kind and explained very well how everything worked. He was easy to contact and replied quickly. The space was very quaint, clean and homey. I loved the appliances and the effort the host took to make the place comfortable for us. There was a basic breakfast, milk, water, fridge and microwave in the living/kitchen area which was very convenient. The permanent residents were very quiet and respectful.
The front garden was unkempt, which was a bit off-putting. The interior needed some new wallpaper and there was no sink in the "kitchen" (although there was a big water jug provided to mediate this problem, which was appreciated).

Poor external presentation. The front yard is very messy: long weeds, a piece of tin lying on the ground. I couldn't recommend it for this reason.
