L'appartement est agréable, sauf le canapé trop petit.
Le prix du forfait ménage, 75 €, est surdimensionné, en regard des obligations que le locataire a à exécuter avant le départ et en regard de la taille du logement. Il faut soit diminuer ce forfait, soit exonérer le locataire des tâche ménagères de fin de location. Les instructions sont données en ordre dispersé et par des moyens également dispersés (mail + whatsapp + pièces jointes inadaptées pour une lecture sur téléphone) ; le code d'ouverture de la boite à clé n'était pas le bon. Heureusement le propriétaire a été réactif.
