Pleasant stay, gotta love horse smell if u know what i mean :)
Very clean and well managed facility. Hot water, heating, double glazed windows, quiet and easy to drive and park.
We thought the kids would be able to go see the horses but we were told not to go to the stables during day time to be safe as horses were moved in and out… its understandable but hard to explain to kids why we are staying in a horses were moved stable but cant see the horses :)

It was a bit confusing to find the entrance door and how to manipulate the lock to enter. We believe that displaying images or a brief video can help a lot !

Very relaxing ‘ in the country ‘ stay.
For this type of ‘ à la campagne ‘ logement Paddock Prestige does very well. You experience a relaxing, quiet atmosphere next to very well kept stables for racing horses. Don’t know how active the estate is in summer months, in September all was very quiet, no noises that wakes one up. Staff stayed at a distance, so one feels free. Fully equipped kitchen to eventually prepare a meal but there are good restaurants within 4 km. either in Gouvieux or in Chantilly. Ordered breakfast at € 15 per person and it was freshly delivered at the apartment with everything ordered, including freshly baked croissants.
Nothing to dislike. A pair of scissors in the kitchen may come handy. The hand shower toppled over and needs to be fixed with a screwdriver (that’s all).

Very happy to book again when we are in Chantilly.
Great location, quiet, with parking. Good kitchen and bathroom. Three beds. Comfortable. Really fantastic to find a complementary bottle of champagne, Bonnie Maman jam and brown and white bread.
Only one shower room with basin, and a separate wc. The internet seemed fast enough but the signal in the main bedroom was very weak/slow.

Great stay at a reasonable price.
The location is great for the train station and not too far to walk into Chantilly. The accommodation has everything you need for a stay both in terms of self catering and facilities, it is a 15-20 minute walk to a variety of restaurants and bars, the quickest way is to actually cut through the train station. We would definitely stay there again. I think it was very good value for money.
You are stating on a working stables, this did not bother us at all, in fact some might find this very interesting.

Great stay despite minor technical issues. Very kind hosts
The property was well appointed and clean. An excellent location. The staff was able to accommodate and earlier check in with our two small children. We were able to see horses train in the morning. It was a truly special experience.
Wi-fi was very, very slow and hardly worked at all. I think one box is shared between the entire house so multiple guests and the signal was not strong. We could also not get the TV to work at all :(
