Location is lovely but it is very noisy with traffic noise as the property backs onto the main road. The courtyard was very messy and needed a good trim and cleanup. The shade sail in the rear courtyard was heavily weighed down with leaves and looked about to split. We couldn't park in the driveway as we got a note taped to the door saying the tree drops branches unexpectedly and it's not safe to park there!! Ended up parking in the street!! The place itself is fine but needs maintenance. The clothes dryer wasn't working. There was an ear cotton bud under the dresser in one of the bedrooms when we arrived, cleaners need to do better! In summary I would not stay there again.
See above. Cleanliness, maintenance and upkeep. Not safe to park in driveway due to tree that drops branches. If you are going to rent out your property you need to spend money on the property so it is safe and clean. The owners were trying to trim the tree themselves!!
