Loved the apartment, i stayed on my own as had friends staying over the road, close to the cable car up to Avoriaz, 6 min walk. Free bus into Morzine but finishes at 9pm. Apartment had everything I needed for my stay utility wise. Location is beautiful, nice waking up with a cup of nespresso and sitting on the balcony. Would definitely stay again and bring my family.
No shops locally, but can get free bus into Morzine, so not to bad, just do a big shop on arrival.
No wifi, but your on holiday so who cares.
