Casa grande e pulita, check in semplice e autonomo. Utensili necessari per cucinare e frigo grande. Bagno nuovo e doccia spaziosa.

This is a clean, comfortable apartment in the Aviatilor neighborhood just a short 7 to 10 minute walk from Herastrau Park. The bed was comfortable and it has a small kitchen with all the necessities, a good TV, plenty of hot water in the shower, and air conditioning. It is on the ground floor, with just a few steps at the entrance. The neighborhood is pleasant; there's a small playground right next to the building. There is a mini-Mega Image right across the street, and there is a full-size Mega Image, a Lidl, shops (including a pharmacy) and many places to eat within 3 to 10 minutes. The metro station is a 10 minute walk away that can take you to many places, and there is a large shopping mall in that same area. One can catch the 301 bus on Caramfil Street, and it goes down to the city center (Piata Romana). Most of the buses and the metro now let you just use your touchless credit card to pay instead of having to buy tickets at kiosks. The hosts were responsive to our needs. While not close to the center, it is easy to get there and is a good value for that reason. Since it is in northern Bucharest, it is only 15 to 20 minutes from the main airport (as long as traffic cooperates).

Nothing, really. We did have a small issue with the shower on the first day, but the hosts responded promptly to our concerns.
