Very close to other properties, feels a little less privacy. But that’s what townhouses are like I suppose.

Handy, obviously not an old place.

We found the provided furnishings to be unacceptable state. The bed linen is visible dirty, and both the couch and the armchair are grubby and stained. The parking situation caused us a major disruption. The residents of the neighboring unit parked over the boundary line into my designated space. Because the garage is already tight, their encrouchment makes it nearly impossible to manoeuvre. It taking me approximately 20 minutes of shifting back and forth just to exit the garage safely without doing any damage.

Es war wunderbar. Man kann sagen, das man ein kleines Reihenhaus bewohnt. Unten ist ein Doppelbett mit Badezimmer und der Garage mit Waschmaschine/Trockner.Oben sind zwei Einzelbetten, ein Badezimmer, sowie das Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und der Balkon. Die Ausstattung hat alles was man braucht. Die Duschen super und die Betten bequem. Der Kontakt zu der Verwaltung lief super. Den Code für die Tür bekommt man am Anreisetag. W-lan und TV funktionierten einwandfrei. Für uns war es eine tolle Zeit!!

Es gibt nur eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und unten im Schlafzimmer. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer hat leider ein paar Flecken. Das Dart in der Garagen funktioniert nur mit viel Kraft. Ohne Auto 20min zum nächsten großen Supermarkt.

Location is good - close to central business district. It has a secure garage in which to park our car. The building is fairly new.

On arrival after 3pm on 2 March 2026 we found: 1. A large pile of dirty towels on top of the master bed. 2. Paper scattered about on the master bedroom floor. 3. Hair scattered about on the bottom of the ensuite shower for the master bedroom. 4. Rubbish still present in the rubbish bin in the kitchen. 5. Ants running around on the kitchen bench. 6. Ants running around in the master bedroom ensuite. 7. A cockroach in the master bedroom ensuite. Cleaners finally arrived after 6pm and completed cleaning and provision of towels and shampoo by 7pm - the approx. 4-hour delay between our arrival and completion of cleaning and provisioning was unsatisfactory. On 3 March 2026 we operated the heat pump in the living area and it didn't perform well so we opened the front cover and discovered the filters were absolutely clogged with dirt (it looked like the filters had never been cleaned from new). On 3 March 2026 we also discovered a wooden chopping board in a kitchen drawer that was covered in mould. The wardrobe in the master bedroom is so poorly designed that a maximum of only two items can be hung on coat hangers. The Couch in the living area had its fabric covering torn in several places, its seats were very lumpy to sit on, and its arm closest to the kitchen was falling off. The wall clock in the living area was broken. The fridge/freezer was very noisy.
