Higijena, sadržaj spa centra, pozicija zgrade.

Potrebno je svakodnevno tražiti peškire za spa, toalet papir, zamenu peškira, šampon i gel za tuširanje. Sve dobijete, osoblje odmah reaguje ali to bi trebalo da bude nešto što se podrazumeva kao deo usluge.

Sve je dobro organizovano. Ljubazno osoblje. SPA centar je savršen. Velika sauna, hamam, slana soba. Bazen je super. Sve je čisto. Domaćini se trude, slušaju kritike pa je u okviru Spa centra ubačen aparat za vodu kao i vending aparat za kafu/piće/grickalice. Doručak je super. Nekoliko opcija:pita sa sirom, proja, prženice... Uvek ide jogurt, salata i pršuta/slanina/kulen. Ima i slatki doručak sa pahuljicama. Lokacija je super 20ak minuta peške do centra, autom 4-5 minuta. Pogled sa terase fenomenalan.

Sve je bilo super.

Die Villa Di Montagna ist in einem ruhigem viertel, wir konnten uns gut erholen es ist ruhig was wir sehr geschätzt haben, auch vom anderen Gästen bekommt mann nichts zu hören obwohl es ausgebucht war. Im Preis ist Wellnes&Spa inbegriffen was nicht überall der Fall ist, wir konnten es den ganzen Tag nutzen ohne extra Kosten. Das Personal ist kompetent höflich und hilfsbereit. Ein und Aus-checken funktienerte eindwandfrei. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Für uns war die Wassertemperatur im Pool eher etwas kalt, ist keine Reklamation einfach nur ein Feedback.

Cleaning.Staff specially the manager of the hotel , she was a mazing.

Location ,overpriced and unfortunately the disrespect of the owner of the hotel for customers.I told them my wife had a skin allergy from heat and when we arrived we discovered the air conditioning is off.we asked to turn it on as a part of the facility but they cannot for technical reasons.we asked to cancel the reservation the owner refused even we paid them cash minutes ago.Booking customer officer was very helpful to let them return the money back.
