Villa Di Montagna wellness & spa

The apartment was spacious and beautiful, the breakfasts served were amazing but sadly too large! The spa facilities were the true gem. Super clean, spacious and not crowded at all, we highly enjoyed every spa visit. The location of the hotel might be tricky to find for the first time, but it is on the very edge of Zlatibor and therefore very quiet and picturesque. No issues with parking, too. Overall I very much recommend it.

A bit unusual that the rooms are cleaned every second day. That would be fine if the room was initially provided with more shampoo and washing gel as well as more toilet paper, as the amount provided was very modest... Also the AC in our apartment was leaking water on the floor, it was not a big deal but still would be good to have it fixed.

Отличное место для проживания! Все удобно, номер очень хороший, все чисто и просторно, у нас было две комнаты, что очень удобно. Завтрак подают в номер, его выбираешь заранее на следующий день при заезде - мы все выбрали разные (три), нам всем понравилось. Есть свой бассейн - мы не ходили плавать, но заходили посмотреть, работает до 21.00 с 08.00, очень приятный, все как на фотках. Там есть несколько разных бань/саун, они работают по другому расписанию, вроде с 14.00 до 17.00. но лучше уточнить на ресепшн. Есть большая парковка, внизу и рядом со входом, проблем с тем, чтобы поставить машину, не было. В общем, нам все понравилось, рекомендую.

Немного сложно найти проезд, пришлось пользоваться разными картами :-) Гугл Мапс показывает не совсем туда, пришлось объезжать и поискать. Лучше бы поставить дополнительные указатели, это бы упростило жизнь автомобилистам :-)

Cleaning.Staff specially the manager of the hotel , she was a mazing.

Location ,overpriced and unfortunately the disrespect of the owner of the hotel for customers.I told them my wife had a skin allergy from heat and when we arrived we discovered the air conditioning is off.we asked to turn it on as a part of the facility but they cannot for technical reasons.we asked to cancel the reservation the owner refused even we paid them cash minutes ago.Booking customer officer was very helpful to let them return the money back.
