Отличное расположение! Нормальные добротные апартаменты с двумя спальнями.
Номер не был прогрет перед заселением. Было очень холодно первые 3 часа.

Apartman je na dobroj lokaciji.Uredan,prostran,grejanje je izuzetno,ima sve sta je potrebno za prijatan boravak,Sve pohvale,rado bi smo ponovo odseli u istom.

New apartment not too far from the lake, but not as close as described on the booking page.
The windows have roller shutters which we couldn’t close. I contacted the owner several times. I was told that they have remote controls which we could not find. I called and sent several messages but no one called back or responded to my messages. We stayed with young children, there are bright lights all around the building so it was really difficult and uncomfortable for all of us to fall asleep. Also there apartment doesn’t have a microwave which is very unusual for this day and age and there was no soap in the shower. A simple message for the owner would be to improve their customer service skills, I know that this is Serbia and perhaps they are used to ignoring people, but if they want to cater to people from other parts of the world they should learn to behave accordingly.
