Sriram Guesthouse Chikmagaluru

It is a great location. just a 2.5 km from the city centre. The room was very clean and quiet.

The breakfast options can be improved. When we were there, the staff served only pulav (rice with vegetables) and curd for breakfast. Also, pulav was a bit spicy. So have to make our own breakfast arrangements. There is a nice Udupi outlet just a km from this place where you can get a good breakfast, including Mangalore buns and filter coffee. It is worth trying. The other thing was that, while booking, Booking.com had offered me a discount, but upon arrival, the owner insisted I pay the discount offered (as a difference) or vacate the room. But I asked him to write booking.com and let booking.com ask me to pay, afterwards, I will pay to booking.com as we are doing all transactions through the app. Afterwards, things got settled on the second day.

Breakfast provided at guest was very excelient offering a good verity and great taste, that made for a plesent stat to the day. Guesthouse location is very good and spacious. The guesthouse ensures excellent security through surveillance cameras, safeguarding both the property and guests’ private vehicles.

Tea/Cafee would have been included in breakfast package.
