    Clean and neat rooms though little small. All amenities provided in rooms. Very Good budget accommodation. 1.5 km from BS.

    I stayed at Hotel Crystal Inn and had a mixed experience. The biggest advantage is its excellent location right in the market area, making it very convenient to explore nearby shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. The hotel also has a vegetarian restaurant serving decent food, which was a plus. However, there were a few drawbacks. The rooms are quite small, though the bathrooms are of a decent size. Cleanliness was average and could definitely be improved. The main issue was with the room maintenance. In the first room, the toilet flush wasn't working, so we were shifted to another room. Unfortunately, the second room also had problems with the flush, and there was no intercom, making it inconvenient to contact the front desk. Overall, the hotel is suitable if you're looking for a centrally located stay with friendly staff and decent food, but the maintenance and cleanliness need significant improvement.
