Good location and was great for 3 adults needing a room each

Disappointed with outdoor furniture- wooden picnic bench didn’t feel safe to sit on and covered in bird poo and only two other chairs with dirty cushions were available ( not suitable for 3 adults). It was a lovely evening but we had to sit inside which was a shame

Location was perfect for visiting Ashdown Forest. The Annex was very clean and tidy with excellent facilities. Tea bags, coffee and sugar were a welcome added extra.

The beds were a little too soft. The washing machine drawer was rather dirty. Neither of these would stop me staying here again.

Beautiful very new property very close to Hever Castle. Really convenient for people visiting the castle and weather attractions in the area. The annex has three brand new and comfortable bedrooms and a brand new and very clean bathroom. All towels, hand soap, washing up liquid provided. All bedrooms had plenty of sockets to plug in devices near beds and in the rooms in general. The lounge was very comfortable, with a brand new television. All in all, the annex is beautifully fitted out and in a very quiet location with a beautiful view of a field with lots of sunflowers at the end of August. The owner was very helpful over messages, with very clear instructions. I really appreciated the photos of the entrance.

The entrance is a little difficult to spot - adding what3words location would really help.
