Квартира в отличном состоянии. Всё было очень чисто, убрано. Полы чистые, мебель тоже. Видно, что делали ремонт хороший. Очень большая кровать + кресло тоже раскладывается. Мебель вся новая. Имеется стол для работы. Уборная комната тоже очень чистая. Вид из окна просто шикарный - видно весь левый берег - Байтерек, Хан-Шатыр, Триумф Астана и т.д. Очень красиво. Имеется также телевизор, холодильник, микроволновка, небольшой вентилятор, посуда. В туалете тоже были все принадлежности - мыло, бумага, шампунь, даже щётка была. Самое главное - хозяйка квартиры очень дружелюбная, добрая, всё складывается на доверии. Было очень приятно пообщаться с хозяйкой. В квартире регулярно живут и убираются. Я бы поставил 10/10
